So, guineas stopped laying their eggs in coop (First pics) but were using a nest under deadfall that I could raid. I always left five behind, but they ditched that nest and I couldn’t find the new one. I locked them in their coop/run until 4 pm and got 8 eggs laid in a pile in the run. All 8 females seem to be laying! But, that location didn’t work... So, followed another poster’s eggslecent suggestion and let guineas out when they got frantic at 1 PM, followed them and found a huge nest! I’ve been perilously searching nearby deadfalls, but they are randomly out in a field! So... should I only take a few eggs out per night, instead of only leaving five eggs, so they don’t see that I’ve been there and move their nest again?
