Hello everyone, just curious what everyone is planning on cooking for easter.
Our menu
Smoked Ham (we buy a pig with raw hams, brine and smoke them for holidays.
Corn and millet salad
Loaded cheesy mash potatoes
Tossed salad
Homemade baked beans
Carrot cake
Lime jello

What is that?
Ham and potatoes is the only thing we have planned, maybe a cheesecake??

Millet is a ancient grain, I mix it with corn, honey and a little lime juice, top it with feta cheese. It is similar to a rice/pasta salad. My son has gluten sensitivity so this is a easy thing to make for him.
