I have several Black Copper Marans and Blue Copper Marans cockerels available. They are from Brink Haven Acres. I purchased 15 and 12 are cockerels. Go figure. Anyway they are free. The picture is about a month ago.

I had the same problem from then a year ago... Not that they can do anything about it.. Just luck of the draw I guess..

I would like to set up my breeding pens soon. These guys must go to a good home or to chicken and dumplings. If you are interested, please let me know ASAP.

I am thinking about getting a couple new chicks this weekend. But to do that I would have to rehome a couple of my older chickens. The problem is that I don't want them to end up in the soup pot, and I would love for them to live out their lives free ranging in a nice big pasture. You know, the perfect chicken retirement home
Do people take in chickens and just keep them for the rest of their lives? Let them grow old and happy?
