Eastern Wild Turkey gender?

I'm almost positive I have 1 Tom and 3 hens. Only 1 struts (exept form the lead hen did once today) and gobbles, all the rest cluck and pur.(does the color on the 2nd to last tail feather have anything to do with the Gender?)

gobbler (dark brown feathers on tail)

hens (light brown-tan tail feathers)

not sure about youre question, but do youre turkeys like to swim? Mine will go right in to cool off if you let them.
