Easy home made feed questions

Yes I had read and watched countless things on what and how to mix feed. Anyone have a list of things to just look for.. For a overall balance. I know this isn't the cheapest method but I only have a handful of chickens. They get to free roam everyday, get scraps and everything. They enjoy their scratch feed way more then the flock feed (tried various types) so I figured I'd try to mix up some of my own.

May try fermenting the food at a later date. Just trying different things at the moment.

I mix 6kg wheat, 3kg race pigeon proteic food, 0.5kg dried peas from grocery store, 0.3kg sunflower, 0.3kg either hemp or linseed. Meat, fish, yogurt 3 times a week. Free range.
