They look like golden laced wyandottes to me.

Do they have feathered feet?

Either way, they are hens. And beautiful.

They actually look like blue laced red Wyandottes because of the blue tail feathers.

Those look like single combs to me.

I'm thinking someone's project birds. They look like they were working on a blue laced, and body looks like Wyandotte, but the color isn't spot-on and the single combs should have culled them from being breeders in the project.
