Easy Poop Clean Up and inside coop Design Ideas NEEDED!!!!!

I have clean out doors right in front of the roost, which works great, as 90% of the poop is under the roost. I have a 16" wide poop board under the roost, which I simply scrape off in the morning....no need to remove the board, but it is removable I imagine I will scrub it a few times a year. My coop is waist high,about 4 by 5. works great, thanks to all my fellow BYC ers!

I used a tray system that I could pull out and clean directly to my compost barrel. I will try to post pictures of my chicken condo later.
