Easy way to clean out your sand runs!

For those of you or not, that have sand runs and want to find an easy way to clean them. Well, I came across this by accident, I have this exact rake to pick up poop for my 3 dogs. I was picking it up today, when I saw chicken poop in their dust bath. Mind you, their dust bath is 2 feet wide by 20+ feet long. The stinkers have turned the shady side of my house into their personal spa! So, while I was picking up the dog poop, thought I'd pick up the chicken poop too, lo and behold this thing works perfect!!!!

It gets the poop and leaves the sand and dirt behind! Woohoo, thought this was awesome and just had to share!! This rake is cheap too and I bought mine at my local Country Max. Check it out:

Hey, thanks for the great tip! Right now I use a kitty litter scoop, but this looks like it has a much longer handle and would involve less stooping. I'm not as young as I used to be.
