There is a some good advice above. I recently took a crack at the question How many will fit?.

In short, if I knew then what I know now, we would have a very different coop.

definitely. I just can't figure out the chicken math they did. Because 12 x 8 = 96. And I divided it by 2; 2.5; 3; 4 and it still didn't add up to the number of chickens. The closest equation is 6 sqft per bird which would leave space for 16 chickens. I'm not really sure what their math was

Their 96(which is the overall run size divided) by the 'up to 15' leaves 6sqft per bird....too little for a run.
Coop looks to be maybe 4 x 8......way too small for 15 birds.
There's a lot of CYA verbiage on their descriptions.

If i had coop dimensions it would make more sense

Do you know where to find easy coop designs that work for 10-15 chickens? Are OverEz coops any good?

Not sure where to find them, but, going with 4 feet per bird in the coop you will need 60 square feet or about 8'x8' for the coop and for the run, using 10 feet per bird you will need 150 square feet or a bit over 12'x12' in the run for 15 birds.

If I were setting up a coop, I would probably just get a storage shed from Lowes or similar store and put a dog run on one side for the run.

well space isn't too big of a problem it's mainly the sheds that were $2000+ I may have 14x14 in flat space (most of my backyard is a hill.) I will have to measure.

Looking at the picture I am picking up dimension clues. They claim 12x8. If the width is 8 ft then the door is half that, 4 feet wide! Quite large for a door! The door is in 2 parts, top and bottom, of equal square dimensions making it 8 feet tall. Assuming the 3 panels on the sides are each 4ftx8ft just like the door, then that’s a 12x8 wall. If their dimensions are what they claim then the coop/henhouse, which takes up the top 4 feet plus the 8 ft all the way across, is 4x8x4. Since we cannot know from the photo the exact measurements I am simply assuming their dimension claims are correct and deducing the particulars from there. It hinges on their dimension claims being correct. So, a 4x8 coop can house 8 hens maximum. 4sqft/ bird inside. A 12x8 run can accommodate 9.5 hens. 10sqft/bird outside. Always use the smaller bird total so this could care for 8 hens. Their claim for 15 birds would need 60sqft coop and 150sqft run. That’s a 6x25 run and a 6x10 coop.
So go by dimensions not by number of chickens claims.

Check this page. 8x8 coop with 8x10 run. Run isn't big enough, but you could build 2 of them and attach together.
