My daughter decided on eggs and toast for dinner last night. (We were having chili.. and she doesn't like it) So... she wanted the biggest duck egg and one of the D'uccle eggs..... I cooked them in a 10 inch frying pan and they were yummy! The only difference in the duck egg was that the white part was more white than a chicken egg when cooked. Here is the process. oh.. the duck egg was a double yolker too!
