I have 10 hens and 2 roosters. I pick for eggs daily and then refrigerate them. Is it ok to eat fertilized eggs. I haven't noticed a visible difference in the eggs before cooking. Is this a problem, should I get rid of the roosters? They are all laying and I have seen the roosters mating with the hens on occasions. What should I do. I just wanted one rooster for fun but ended up with 2. I thought he was a hen when I got my flock.
Some people get wierded out about the eggs possibly being fertilized!

Been eating them for 6 months now and no problems yet. I belive that they have to incubate for X amount of days before there's even a chick present.
