We culled an underperformer that got picked on Saturday, so we got to try out the plucker, which worked well. Aged the bird for a few days and decided to cook her up tonight.

The boys and the wife each had a little bit of this cornish sized hen. Everybody gave it a thumbs up.
4 or 5 more get butchered this weekend, and the remaining 4 or so get butchered two weeks after that. They are MUCH larger, about 5-7 pounds, except for another underperformer that is about 3 pounds.
