Eaton Drinker Heater - any good?

Hi,

Apologies if this question has already been asked, haven't been on for a while!

I'm looking for solutions to keep our internal waterer ice free now the temperatures are dropping and other than perhaps putting a small oil fired heater inside (not keen) I've come across this;

An Eaton Water Heater - have you any experience of this, are they safe, do they work?

They should work and safely , and if you have the accompanied water holder top, then it is the correct choice.
If you don't have the top,,,,,,, you can opt for something in this category

I use one similar to this, when my chickens are outdoor in winter.

Thanks for that... yes we have a waterer that looks just the same as the one on the Amazon page, just need to measure the base to get the correct size heater.
