Ebay eggs

Thinking about buying some Marans eggs off of Ebay. Should I? Any advice on getting what I want/pay for?

It is recommened to not buy animals including maran eggs off ebay.
They could be the wronge species type or not even fertiled.
Its also not nice to live export eggs through mail (the eggs could crack in the postage).

Im confused. Why wouldnt you just buy them on this website? I wouldnt buy eggs anywhere else.
