Ok so today is like day 24 and I have 6 eggs left that didn't hatch. So we've been gone all day and I left the bator on but let it go dry. BIG MISTAKE!!! Came home tonight and checked it to find a zipped egg with the membrane still intact and very rubbery. Chick already dead. That'll teach me to give up hope too soon, huh!!
