I call this my eco-coop because it was built mostly from reclaimed lumber that was on it's way to the landfill. I posted on facebook and freecycle asking for free used lumber and got enough to build my coop and run. I bought two 8 foot 2x4s and the hardware like nails, screws, fence, etc but the rest of the wood was from an old wooden fence and scrap wood that was given to me. The corrugated roof was even free. Yes, I put chicken wire on top of the rabbit fence as well to keep predators out.

It has a great rustic look - as though it has always been there.
Just being a sticky beak but what's it like inside the hen house; your nesting boxes and roosts??

It is just simple board running the length of the coop about 36" high and 18" from the wall. I don't have a nest box built yet, because my chicks are only 3 weeks old.
