Ecscaping rooster and few hens!

Hello all,

I just got a rooster from a friend and he likes to ecscape from our encloser that we have put together, When he deos so he takes a couple of the hens with him. Our neighbor has a very large dog and i would hate to see them get into a brawl. The neighbor also has two small children the rooster has never shown aggression but i dont want the first time to be towards a child. The fence is a little shorter then it should be(about 3 feet)! Just lookig for suggestions.

The fence is a little shorter then it should be(about 3 feet)!

Way to short....double the height and add a mesh roof.
