Edamame as a treat

Unsalted edamame beans look and feel so much like peas, and they are packed with protein! Are they a good treat? Is soy ok for ducks?

Funny you ask, I just gave mine some as their evening treat

the ones I have are fully cooked, frozen. so I thawed them. The ducks seem to want me to pop em out of the pods for them. Spoiled! Pretty sure there's soy in many of the feeds. I think the thing with beans (not green beans but the others) is they have to have been cooked to alter some chemical compounds.
