ok... i've been doing a lot of reading.
articles about how "bugs" can make for sustainable living, in places where it's difficult to purchase/raise/etc cattle and such.
escargot, shrimp, oysters, crawfish, etc are pretty accepted around my part of the woods (i.e. Louisiana), well, escargot depends on whom you're with...
my question is (and pm me if you like) who all has tried raising/farmingsnails, crickets, mealworms, etc for human consumption? and what have your experiences been?
