Solved Editor buttons missing - can't insert emojis, pictures

Hey,
Just got on and i can't insert emojis, pictures, nothing. My whole top bar will not let me click on it to open. Also, tagging and quoting has all this random stuff now and I have no idea what has happened. I'm on a computer.

Turned that off. Thanks, it fixed everything!
