Other than shop troubles, things are going alright. Going to clear out the spent corn stalks and till before the ground freezes, and the birds are nearly done molting. In laws are vacationing soon and so i'm cleaning up the house before we go to house-sit.

Showed wife pics of kids making mud pies. I said something about you mentioning water hook up. She said oh didn't I tell you that DIL wanted that as well. Project just got harder. Hmmm I didn't throw that faucet away that I changed out. It's all coming together. Well at least the parts.

I was nothing but professional and polite. She asked why they were slightly lighter than the listed 100 grams and i stated simply "I cut by hand, so variations in weight are to be expected. This is outlined in the FAQ."

Apparently she thought that was "microaggressive".

Reviews would be nice, but I don't expect them y'all. I won't ask it of you if it's too much trouble, I don't want to be bothersome.

I have all the screenshots of what was said, and even Etsy said that I was in the right. I firmly believe in customer service and everyone except her has had no issues with my communication and even praised how helpful I was. I shouldn't be bothered by one sour grape, but it's hard not to when they won't let it go.

Like seriously, she took off a star because "seller was mean and she's not even a hippie".

As if that has anything to do with anything. No actual complaints about the performance of the product, so why four messages now in an aggressive tone when I've apologized three times? Unless something I make gives you chemical burns or makes your hair fall out I don't see why she won't let it go.

Sounds a little like a control issue to me. Some people thrive on messing with others. I had my share of it last week. Trouble is the reviews don't really show the whole story.

Man IDK. Maybe because I actually act professionally instead of just kissing her butt? As I said before Etsy states you need to read the profile of a seller, their policies, and any FAQs they have listed before buying as you form a legal contract to pay when you click purchase. She violated that and I just reminded her of it and she went ballistic! Needless to say I hope anyone else she may do this to will be vocal about it and not stand for it.

Sally, just wanted you to know I'm about to redo my guestroom to move dd into it. I'm sure you'll be on the edge of your seat waiting to see what I do. I'll finish it by her birthday in January. Then redo bubba's room for his birthday in March.

I've got the box together for the chicks. Just have to check and make sure it's not too warm with the light rope and put them in.

Washer and dryer are back together.
