Seems like it's the day for special arrivals!!!
Chicken chores done early today. Turkey is in the oven now (on a bed of carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, onions, and wild mushrooms), kale with anchovy and garlic dressing is ready, sweet potatoes are steaming for the chipotle mashed sweet potatoes, and green beans are waiting to be steamed last and then tossed with dijon dressing. It all smells so good - can't wait until it's done!!!!
