Thanks Mel. At this point I'd have to say it's going backwards only 2 day on antibiotics so too early I guess. The doctor did say to get back in touch on Friday if it wasn't better.
I hope you and Bill get better quickly. No fun.

well I got a rooster that is poor and got a hurt leg but he is gaining weight but slowly but I don't know what else to do

Thank you! I love this site BTW. I candled this particular egg because around day 7, it looked as though there were two embryos. I candled again at day 14, this is when this picture is from. And I only candled the rest today to check air cell.
Glad to hear that they seem to be normal as regards to not filling the egg, phew!

good evening everyone! It's been a busy day here. My dad had surgery on his shoulder first thing this morning to fix a torn rotator cuff and a couple ligaments. It was successful and he sounded good this evening when I talked to him, though he admitted that he still couldn't feel anything from the nerve block (he sounded rather goofy too lol). We also had my son's band/chorus concert tonight which was really nice. Hope everyone is good and staying warm! (I'm freeing my tooshie off!)

Hope he behaves and doesn't do something like shovel snow like my brother in law did after his knee surgery. When I yelled at him he told me that his friend would have had a heart attack if he let him do it.

We are supposed to have snow to the lower elevations tonight but not low enough for us. Storms out for a week straight, and cold.

Where are you keeping him? What kind of "hurt"?
Broken, swollen, skin off, just limping, etc?

Thank you. I'm sure it will. He actually hurt it at work. I'll be glad when he's all healed up. He's the type of person who gets bored easy and doesn't like to follow doctor's orders *insert eye roll here*
