OK, it's time for me to head to bed. Chaos, if you're around, you can take over now. May I suggest perhaps misuse  of its vs. it's to start you off?

How about water-skiing?

In my world, water is good for 4 things
fishing,
bathing,
drinking over ice,
and mixing at room temperature with Scotch

Flushing?there isn't such a thing in your world?

its been a few days since firing up my incubator, so last night I decided, after steadily monitoring the temp flux, to place the eggs into the bator finally! I had turned them manually a couple times a day. Here are the weights at set. Any feedback is appreciated. I tried to locate air cells on them, but it was difficult to see them to get a tracing of it, will it be ok?

Date Egg ID
D1
grams
21-Dec
1 Turkey 67.5
2 Turkey 66
3 Barred 67.5
4 Barred 63.5
5 Os 13 66
6 Os 13 64.5
7 Hutch 52
8 Hutch DB 56
9 Hutch 55.5
10 Hutch DB 56.5
11 Hutch DB 56
12 Hutch 54.5
13 Hutch DB 65
14 Hutch 56
15 Hutch DB 50
16 Main 62.5
17 Main G 46
18 Main G 44.5
Are 17 and 18 Turkey eggs or just #1 and 2?
I number eggs and make a similar chart. Then I put the eggs in pedigree bags at lockdown so I can leg band chicks with the flock # (essentially sire/cock #). I sometimes use 2 or 3 colored zip ties to identify the chick and tie it to a specific egg number till the birds are big enough for numbered legbands.
That way, when they're mature, I know the sire and sometimes dam, plus sibling performance as well as knowing the size, color and any other special characteristics of the egg they came out of.

Ummm.... BYC autocorrect seems to have decided that I keep zucchini in my incubator.

Can't make this stuff up!!!!
Are you planting it in there?

I explained the entire hatching process to the HVAC guy (to be fair, he asked and he was interested). Including all the details of brood hens, air cells, and humidity....

(I may need help...)
I do the same - till people ask to be able to leave.

So with the fluctuations of the temp, I decided to bump up the bator temp by 0.5 F, it now has been steady at 100.00 and 99.5. Which before it was set at 99.5 and was fluctuating between 99.5 & 98.5! Now its a half degree vs a whole one!

Wish me luck
I think you're on the right path now. IMO, the low end (when the thermostat kicks on) is closer to the internal egg temp.

Did the world fall asleep and I missed it?
I was shooting pool.

Sorry. I was typing out instructions for my chicken sitter. Who has taken care of my chickens multiple times. It was over 4 pages long, single spaced.

As mentioned before, I may have a problem...

I highly recommend you type up another page that is an executive summary. Perhaps with an outline and a numbered list of most important tasks for each day.
Important points can be missed in 4 single spaced pages.

In my world, water is good for 4 things
fishing,
bathing,
drinking over ice,
and mixing at room temperature with Scotch
Drinking
hydrating garden
hydrating chickens
canoeing
fishing
bathing
essential component of snow
essential ingredient for beer making

Oh, yeah. We forgot that one.
