It might also prevent air from getting to the wounds. Not sure.

Mmmm..... Pancakes...

That's another thing- I don't want to seal the punctures up. It goes against everything I've learned about human medical care... If you're not 100% certain the wound is clean, sealing it seems like a very bad idea.

I know. Just messing with you

I appreciate you.

I hope the snow in the northern Rockies keeps up. We're skiing in February.
Right now Steamboat has a 58" base. Copper Mountain only 34"
It takes at least 2 feet and 4 is preferable so there aren't any bare spots.
Hitting rocks on skis is a bummer.

Yes, she's in a small dog crate with deep enough bedding to cushion her leg.

I think you're doing a great job.

I explained the entire hatching process to the HVAC guy (to be fair, he asked and he was interested). Including all the details of brood hens, air cells, and humidity....

(I may need help...)
I think this belongs on not only the incubation addicts thread, but the redneck one. I love it. :lau

@ChickenCanoeThe big HRIR breeders day the same type things about crossing lines. Big big frown.

@Chaos18 Definitely Baling twine and Baling wire after all. I already paid for it and it is convenient to grab :D
