Not asleep, unfortunately. Been trying to get a new laptop up & running. Can't get it connected to my local network or the internet. Never done this w/o help from son or DIL. No closer now than when I started, so I've called in the big guns; niece's hubby is a computer guru...gonna get him here ASAP.

Could you try getting some soaked feed into Chrissy with a syringe in the corner of her beak, like worming a horse? That's the only thing I can think of if she's not wanting/able to eat on her own.

Good luck with her; I'll check back tomorrow sometime.

I'd be worried about choking her.... I killed a quail that way..... :/

Since many of you, 'specially those with crumb snatchers around, have a hectic day ahead tomorrow, and BYC will be the furthest thing from your mind, I'll say it now

and if you're headed "over the river & through the woods", watch out for those loose nuts behind the wheel out there on the roads

Try to keep Grandma from getting run over by reindeer

I'd be worried about choking her.... I killed a quail that way..... :/

Not sure how I'd tube feed either, with the fact she isn't moving her neck anything close to straight.....

Better. When I refilled her water, she actually lifted her head 2 inches to sort of swallow
