Two things I'm seeing. Both the humidity and temperature are not reading the same on either gauges. The top of egg not egg level is where you want to take the reading from. Since you have extra spaces in the incubator I would use a store bought egg to place the mobile thermostat on top of. If it still has the sticky backing stick it on the store bought egg away from the others maybe one spot over. When I used mine I put the thermometer on top of my good egg which destroyed the egg. That sticky backing is really sticky.

If the mobile one is correct I would say it's a little warm in there. Hope I'm not sounding too harsh here.

Thank you for that great idea! The Guage is now back down to 100, reading about the same as the digital bator, humidity reads different still, but not by much. I think I might do a candeling tonight as I have been counting the days wrong I think. Bator counts down from 21 and now says 9, but my calculation says 10 going on 9. I set them the eve of 21st, counted 22 as day 1!
