Yup. And all from pullets the same age form the same breeder (though different breeds). Same food, same set up, but different breeding tractor coops. Not sure what it could be...
I saw where you said the shells are thick/hard, are they porous at all?

I don't do any biosecurity, I free range and wild birds all over anyways.
