Note to self:

Don't try to put a a check that's wet on one end into the ATM

I laid a check & my debit card on the passenger's seat when I left the house this morning, not realizing the seat was wet 'cause the rain had been driven through the crack I leave at the top of the window to let the pipe smoke out.

The ATM couldn't read the check, and tried to eject it, but the wet end caused it to jam. I'm pretty sure the next customer is going to have an unpleasant surprise. Waiting for the bank to open in another 20 minutes so I can alert them.

Today is a sad day here. We woke up to find that our 12 year old siberian Husky passed away in the night She was a mischievious brat right up until the end. Dreamy will be teriibly missed.

There are no words for the loss of an animal we loved, but at least it was peaceful. Feel free to share a memory. We understand and share your pain.

I just weighed a toad.

It was 10.10 ounces at 2 weeks. anything over 1/2 pound is good. So I am happy they are untrack to beat their parents!
