That's right - I had forgotten. The boys in my group (almost all are boys) are growing and feathering out quite fast, and look a little ahead of yours, but their daddy was astonishingly ahead of all his fellow chicks as well (which is why I kept him). I have one girl - she looks a little more at the stage of yours. :D It looks to me like you have a Nn there. (Here's my single NN from the most recent hatch, just a day old or so - there should be almost nothing there):
SOOOOOOOO lucky I want naked necks so bad

Oh nice, thanks for that. I hope your project is going good! I like how my rainbow over the Partridge Rock did, the 2 offspring are nice sized! I think I'm going to keep the pullet to cross back to dad and process the cockerel!

What is that red shouldered rooster you have, I just got 1 today to process for a freind, he's a big guy like yours too but nasty mean!

That is Bert, (the current Bert) he is the daddy of all those on the roost except Bertha. Bert was beaten by King George last summer and got flystrikes in his wounds, so I had to pull him out of the pen and treat him. When I put him back in his sons attacked him so he lives in the barn and is now just a pet. I am not sure he could breed anymore because of his old war injuries.

Bert is a toad just has a different pattern than his kids do.

Morning all,

I skipped about a dozen pages.. So if you insulted me again Banty, I missed it...nanananaaaaa.....

So Nanuck, what is new in Iceland today?

Mr White, I went to the same school as you, mine was 3 miles uphill both ways. We had 7 kids in my class... So we were one of those big scools.*

Howdy all! Hope this gorgeous frosty (here, anyway) January day is treating everyone fabulously. @Sally Sunshine hi again!! I've been offline for a long time and then became a shameful BYC lurker, I'm afraid. I think work has officially fried my brain---I was recently possessed to build my own incubator. Only I ordered eggs before I was finished with the 'bator...I work better under pressure!
Thanks for tagging me! It's good to be back around folks of the same ilk again! Pretty much everyone I know thinks I'm batpoop crazy for hatching for V day while I think I'm batpoop crazy for waiting so long. ;-)

Welcome back! Glad the bator is doing well! What kind of eggies did you set? I didn't see that

Got the last egg 41 now.my white silkie hen just layed her first egg will blood being on it hurt it when incubating.I might swap some other eggs out to.for better ones

The blood won't hurt so long as there is not a lot of it

So glad to hear everybody is hanging in there. The beepers send lots of webbed love your way :love  All 6 are doing well. They like to chew on my fingers :p
:love :love
I can't wait to get a couple gooserz!

Sick today... That's why I'm eating the noodle soup.... Her leftovers.... She had a bunch of test the next two days.

Well the noodle soup is left lovers from my wife's lunch.... The Clams and Turkey pot pie are the first thing I saw when I opened the freezer.... ;)
:) :lau
hope the tests help :fl and :hugs

@meltel
Just got email from son. His buddy's dog got its tail caught in a door & ripped some skin off...bleeding pretty good. Constant tail wagger. Wanted my advice.
Told him, never having had the problem, that all I can think of is wrapping it snug with ointment-coated gauze & holding it in place with vet wrap or adhesive tape 'til he can get it to a vet.
Did I tell him right?
hope the pups ok

how many eggs did you end up setting?

LOL :hugs

Y'know, I should just make another login so I can tag myself as needed.....

Oh no! Not another one!! You know you can tag yourself

Banti here- Testing, one two

Ugh!!!!

Well I dropped in the other day and haven't checked back so.... I'm going to pretend I read it. Well I caved in and bought some goosey eggs. Don't tell anyone it's a secret. Shhhhh!!!!

Lots of chores, but I made progress. I also got to spend a couple of hours riding with a friend which was great. Not to mention enjoying the sunshine over my pond.

Morning Skittles.... You misspelled "Canuck." Or at least I hope you did, coz the urban dictionary definition of "Nanuck" is not perzactly PC :p

:rant Get him, Kristin!!
(PS- My school was FIVE miles uphill both ways, with snowbanks that you had to walk on or else the buffalo would stampede over you)
