no-not until 2/7 re: the wrist. Lots of "bird stuff" that was more eventful than expected due to an unexpected stop.

But everything is ok. just tired-mentally and physically.

LF grow outs are gone along with a couple seramas and better organization to my breedeing pens and clean cages so overall a good day
