Nope. Never soaked any of my birds in brine before. They've all turned out great. After processing them we usually let them sit in the fridge a couple days, then bag and freeze. Youngsters usually get cooked on the grill and any older birds get the meat removed after boiling and then that meat can be used for just about anything. Wife will then make stock with the bonesgreat family pic!!! bet you had fun!!
