Didn't you see the roof??? It looks like a swayback horse without enuf grain.
Ain't noway that thing is fixable. First off, the roof trusses were built wrong, nearly no crosspiece either so walls had a ton of strain on them. Then, half the boards making the roof are cracked thanks to a tree. The coop is made of of 1' wide boards going horizontal, not sheets of plywood, so it leaks bad... The original floor is rotting out from underneath it, with holes where the steers got in. I put plywood and laminate scraps over it to hold us over till summer. The nest boxes are built into the floor, and the chooks roost on it. There's a good 3' of poop behind it that can't come out, and maybe some chicken skeletons too. The whole floor is slanted as such all the bedding goes to one corner.... The back wall is weak, after getting ripped off by a tractor and screwed back together.

It LOOKS fine on the outside, thanks to a new paint job & shingles. But in reality, it's nearly gone....

I still have to figure out how I'm getting rid of the coop. Rent a dumpster and a backhoe, I guess....

Get the replacement coop & run all set up, then move all the birds over & tear the old one down a board at a time & burn it up in a fire pit.
