reason I ask is someone brought me a mocha in the hospital with kiddo, it tasted like fresh coffee beans. A bit too sweet for me but loved the taste otherwise

Benny look! I had lamb for supper, and rosemary garlic mashed potatoes. And Parmesan truffle fries! Lamb was medium rare. Took me forever to figure out how to get to the meat. :/

Does this seem alright for the airsac size? I checked at 7 days (top line) and at 12 days (bottom line). This is my first hatch, and I want to get it right.

I have a question....  what is in a mocha compared to cappuccino

mocha is coffee cream and chocolate, cappucino is espresso with frothed milk

but the mocha tasted alot like chocolate covered coffee beans.  So why does it have such a great taste compared to reg coffee?  If I put choco in my coffee it would still suck

The name moca is a name in Yemen that is called "mucha" that historically delivered a breed of coffe with the distinct flavor.
You need 1/3 ESPRESSO (NOT JUST COFFEE ) 2/3 hot milk and chocolate SYROP OR COCAO POWDER NOT CHOCOLATE.
