I would have loved to be there - love Baker Creek (but I have to be careful not to buy more seeds than I'll ever plant).

(An aside - I'm so irritated lately that I have to reread and correct every post because of the autocorrect travesties. Do you know how hard it is to type "UNPIPPED" and not have it changed to "unzipped"? )

I'm on a roll getting things done - taking advantage while it lasts, you never know when there will be another "sloth attack". Have laundered the sheets, folded towels, swapped the big chicks from baby diapers on top of their MHP to a big washable puppy pad (they were totally fouling the diapers within a day). Currently soaking several poopy cloth diapers outside before they get bleached and laundered. Started setting up the third brooder for the Aloha NNs which are supposed to arrive February 21-22, and because Monkey's using the other "brooder" as a hospital pen, I need to now build a fourth one - making the lumber shopping list now. I also may see if other of my nurseries have any more tomato seedlings for me to buy and pot up - with all these chicks, I just didn't get my tomato seeds started this year (again), but fortunately, the nurseries carry more heirloom varieties now.

  - I've grown Pineapple before - I seem to remember it doing fine, but only getting a few very large tomatoes form the plant. I LOVED it - one of my favorites, would love to grow it again. Maybe next year if I can find seeds.

Off to go find something else to cross off my to do list...

Baker Creek in Petaluma is awesome. There should be a warning label on each seed pack. Buying this packet of seeds will require 10 hours minimum hard labor.

The pineapple tomato here did the same. Not many on the vine.

lice are species specific unless the animal is debilitated. Chicken lice and goat lice are not the same

oh thank Goodness!! I skipped the quarterly treatment and he cleaned the coops this fall and he FORGOT to add preth dust and dust them at clean out last time, I was freaking about the nits or whatever those white things are, my new microscope came into use again @casportpony
