Ive got a marans that just started laying how long do i need to wait before i try to hatch some. Ive cracked some and I think they are fertile.

Wait 'til she starts laying full-sized eggs. Meanwhile, keep an eye on the rooster; see if he's doing the job. Crack a few of her eggs to see if they're fertile. If you're really lucky, she'll go broody for you & do the job herself.

I know it's early, but lockdown starts day 25 and I stop turning on day 25, put the humidity at 65%, open the vent, and put the temp at was it 99 I think?
