3 of my silkie eggs have pipped a big hole in the shell a few hours ago I've been watching it carefully and looks like the membrane is drying and they can't seem to move around to zip. What shall I do?

I'm partially hovering over the world's quietest hatch. 3 have pipped and are working on hatching, but they haven't made a sound. It's weird.

Purchased, she raises for resale. 2 days old, I believe, and I know there's at least alpines and lamanchas.
