I tried cilantro indoors; it died.
Maybe mint would survive indoors...

I've even killed spider plants before, so maybe I just have a black thumb.

I have a coldframe I use so I can start plants early enough to actually get a harvest, maybe I could steal that for a bit.
Seed order came in yesterday, so I can get ready to start them soon....

You must've worked really really hard to kill off the mint! That stuff grows wild around here; I can always tell when I get too close with the mower.

I think I have eliminated all mint from my yard, but it's been a challenge (I'm allergic so I had to get rid of it). The main problem I have in the yard now is wild onions. It smells so strong when I run over them with the mower. Yuck!

I can imagine. It was lovely having fresh mint, while it lasted anyway...

You could bring some of it inside in the winter. I am surprised that it didn't come back.

It came back once, but then it went belly-up for good.

That sounds yummy, but off the list for a while of what I can eat. I have to get rid of some weight I gained when I badly sprained my ankle last year.
