I came home early to try to get some stuff done, but then had to deal with some unexpected stuff for work here not eh home computer for a few hours - VERY grumpy about that (limited daylight and all). At least I got to read back while waiting.

No I haven't been on much lately

but yay!!!

I will do read back soon. But an ugly appointment with the workmans comp Dr. yesterday. Long story short the last few words were "RSD and losing all function if you don't start "using" your hand" even after I showed him pics of it red, white and blue at therapy and after daily use of everyday activities. I started to cry and he turned his back on me and told me "Make an exit to your left" and walked out of the room

but

. I will eventually catch up. That on top of 3 of my beepers dying has got me down.

and Bill is very sick. It just hasn't been a great few days here. I just had a good talk with my cousin though and feel a little better so will do more read back and check out the pics!

That was unprofessional.

Did you get a second opinion from someone neutral (as in not involved in the workers comp) to make a fresh assessment of the whole case?

Also did you tell this guy that you have retained an attorney?
