BLRW I just purchased 6 of these going to pick them up on Thursday. In a perfect world I want 4 hens and 2 roosters. I want blue not black or splash. I've been took when you breed blue to blue 50% are blue, 25% are black and 25% splash. So if I get to pick what ones I want I have no clue. Can anyone help? Be back on late tonight.

I can handle one staying in milk, but it needs to be one that I can drink or occasionally make milk or cheese. The rest provide kids to pay for feed, and this year fencing. I also love the brush and weed control. I also just like their company.

It will make fabulous cheese!

Yes, she makes great cheese and yogurt, but I work 60+ hours a week, and I don't have time for long milking sessions since she needs milked even with twins. Nor do I have time to make it.

Her yogurt is fabulous.
