Hi,
I need some help with a little giant 6300 automatic egg turner. okay we've got it installed in the cabinet incubator but there's a small rectangle of white plastic that came with it .
what is it for? do I need it? where does it go?

Where's the straw coming from? Any chance it's gotten wet & moldy?

My thoughts exactly. is there something in the straw that's making them sick? how do they look when they die ?do they lay on their sides? Or are they splayed out with their wings to their sides and their feet behind them like they just did a belly flop ?I think that makes difference .

I think that is the piece that blocks the egg hole closest to the turning motor.
