I was feeling a little grumpy about being drenched in sweat and not being able to get the conduit bends right. This makes me feel better (even if it is 95F and humid right now). Heading out back to add fresh bedding to one of the growout coops and do some weights.

I'd choose black flies over heat.

Hint: Lay one of the completed ribs out on a sheet of plywood & make a jig. That will let you duplicate the bends more easily. If the rib's too large for a full sheet of plywood, make the jig for 1/2 a rib (both sides are the same, right?)

Got some coop cleaning done, some weights and rebanding done, and then, toward the end, the wind really kicked in and I got a severe weather alert. Wind was gusting really strong when I was collecting eggs with headlamp (NO POSSUMS - Yay!). Thunderstorms with hail expected tonight. So I'm not continuing work on the porch. Will try to really get up early (and stay up!) tomorrow.

Thanks! Unfortunately, the issue is that I got the conduit from Home Depot, and forgotten that their conduit is of lesser quality - it buckles when doing 90 degree bends.   (Lower conduit is better.) It isn't pretty but I got 'er done - I dare the chickens to complain!
