Good morning all - I'm pleased to report that this morning I have 10 healthy fluff balls . That's 100% hatch rate on my first hatch in 14 years. They are truly adorable. Thanks for the help and advise x

Lots of goats for sale on our Craigslist. The Kinder goats I want though none. Found a farm in PA selling young stock, $400ea or $750 for a pair. DW won't allow it at that price...

The mouse trap experiment has begun! After seeing a bunch o' mice lately, I decided to declare war. Here's the one's I'm using:

Bated with PB and some bits of duck food.

Except with a vinegar bottle. Bated with pb

And something like this except with a wooden ramp, a litter bin instead of a trash can, and with water in the bottom.
We'll see how they fare. If you know of any other DIY mouse traps let me know!

@mlm Mike @jwlpoultry Next up is my purebred Gwen. This is her first kidding, and I can't wait to see what color if any she throws. Next year I will kid earlier, but my buckling last fall was not ready till November.

@daxigait no update I am getting kidding supplies together, you have a list by chance? and do you give Vit E selenium before kidding or after? Also wondering do you give kids shots of the Bovi Sera?

Hi! No more news about the 15 eggs @Sparkle110 and I have. I'm getting worried it's the end of day 23 and STILL nothing. We last candled them at 14 days and only 3 were questionable! I don't see what went wrong!
