Well, I got the processed chickens all parted up and sealed into bags - gosh, that took all day!!! Just finished dinner (reheated coconut chicken) and about to go put all the parts into the freezer. In the middle of a 5-movie Star Wars marathon (Rogue One, then A new Hope, Empire Strikes Back, and now Return of the Jedi - The Force Awakens is next). Taking a break, then time to start the chicken stock

Yes I have a special parka for days like today.

Inches are a weird way of measuring, they were based off the width of a man's thumb... Which isn't always the same. The metre is one-ten millionth of the distance from the equator to the north pole---now that's logical.

That fine but didn't the earth shift a few years back....now what?

I do yoga in bed. I can't help it. I'm a horrible bedrest patient. I spent 6 weeks on hospital bed rest with my older DD. Statistically, unless you have an incompetent cervix where the wait of the baby will dilate you, bedrest is not proven to fix outcomes for pregnancy, and the bedrest does hurt the muscles

Yep, dialated on bed rest, didn't while off. Grateful for no cerclage. I begin early cervical change by 35 wks. I just had to hold on 25-35 wks. I fought the terbutaline . She was still 3 wks late. Good Luck![/QUOTE]

I've done the whole spectrum. been almost 4 weeks late with my oldest, 39 1/2 weeks after threatened early labor my entire pregnancy with the next, gave birth at 24 weeks with NO prewarning signs, and then went to 38 weeks with no real problems with the one after that.

Come to find out, if I get infections, I need antibiotics fast, or I start dilating. Getting sick also makes my body start dilating so I have to be uber careful with illness in general. I also have low progesterone, so taking the shots, prevents uterine irritability. Fun stuff!

Interesting, no metric system for horse measurements?

I'm guessing horses were measured by hand long before there was metric or inches.
