Still air should run at 101.5*F measured at the top of the egg, forced air at 100*F. Make sure to calibrate.

In incubation, during lockdown you should reduce by 1 degree in average.

I am not familiar with that model. Does it have a fan? 37.5 is fine if it does (37.8 is better,) but it should be at 38.6 top of egg if it doesn't.
