Wake up, y'all
I was awake too, I had to answer all the important PM"s, make coffee, and put sausages on my kitchen gadget griddle.

Wake up, y'all
Mmmm... Coffee... I should go make some but I don't feel like moving.I was awake too, I had to answer all the important PM"s, make coffee, and put sausages on my kitchen gadget griddle.
We find even the gadgets can be too big. The power cooker is way too large. When I see a pan or dish to cook in, I need to fill it..BAD me..
The chickens love the left overs..
Gadgets are also energy efficient making me feel like I am doing my part to reverse the mythical global warming gods.

Hope you enjoyed that, mike
Don't sound much fun in those temps.
We don't get much rain from here out. 90's will be standard for awhile now. Although this weekend is nice. It won't last. Difference here is it's a dry heat.
Have loads of fun with the trees. Do they every get any interesting grain to them
I'm missing seven in this last week, can't find a single trace.![]()

Hi MikeIt's hasn't been to bad, pretty shady.
The wood splitting is actually at the lake cottage, so there is a bit more humidity than at home. No interesting grain, the maple has been real straight, and splitting nicely.
Sorry to hear that, Dan.
Hi Banti sweets, I'm awake.
Ah I was thinking of pen making with the interesting grain comment. Maple tends to be very boring grain wise unless there's a knot or rotten spot. It's hasn't been to bad, pretty shady.

Hi Banti sweets, I'm awake.
Very nice. I'd love to be able to smoke meat here but I'd be the only one eating it.I smoked half a turkey breast (just over 13 pounds). Turned out pretty good, going to do the other half breast and leg/thigh quarter soon.
