I think the coldest morning we've had, was maybe 62???? people were busting out jackets. LOL

We'll get down to 40-60's at nights, in jan, with highs in the high 50's, to mid 70's.... then it starts heating back up to 80+ in april.

Winter sounds good.

a lot of you guys have to worry about winter, we have to worry about summer. We lose birds easily to heat stroke here, have to put gallons of frozen ice jugs out there for them, mist them off, along with the ground and the coop and make sure to replace all the water 1-2x a day to cool it off in the afternoon.

You all should know that the math isn't always easy for me, and it took me quite some time to figure out all the mg/kg and mg/ml stuff. What amazes me is how so many people are afraid to try and would rather rely on whatever someone tells them to give their animal.

I'm too ocd, I have to confirm numbers. LOL

but, I understand. I'm horrible at math, so I always have a second person check my #'s just to make sure I was right the first time. LOL

Thank god for google. It does math for you when you put conversions in, and will tell you the # so you can compare.
