Also Bleach with in 120 degree water at a 1 ounce to a gallon ratio makes a great disinfectant for eggs. Rinse under 120 water also. Do not soak the eggs dunk them. I use 2 containers an initial dunk..clean with cloth, rinse, dunk in second solution rinse..

The center of the egg must hit 117 degrees to kill it so you have time to clean it well.
