I was. But only for a few years, and for Sears. I did fashion shows, and met celebrities. Tenpest Bloodsoe (sp?) from The Cosby Show is a whiny jerk! Vanessa Williams is a sweetheart!!! I was in the newspaper with her and my best friend. Back in the 80s, the idea of my best friend being black was still a novelty to people.
So it's not really that important.

I have a Pecans grove not so far away from home, but we don't have Hickory here, I use a special chips that I submerged under water for a houer 2 before use.

We like to use hickory or cherry when we smoke but for some reason when we cook pork over the open fire ash is really good!
