I'm not sure how to answer this. It's complicated....lol. Let's just say that according to my first doc, she assumed I was in excessive sports or a bad accident. I've got the back of a 60 year old (no offence intended)
I imagine the ewe incident did not help with the cumulative damage...lol!

:hugs

Not nuts. Not when they use the tongs they used for the raw meat on the cooked meat to serve it! :barnie

I have multiples in case I BBQ back to back and don't get the dishes washed. ;)

The flame/heat sterilizes it better than washing it. :lau

Nothin'; DW wasn't home

I hope she's not gone long.

I ain't worried. I'll just unplug the a/c

My daughters upset, one of our smaller silkie-cross chickens died. I warned her it happens, all it takes is a dog stepping on it, a kid tripping over it, whatever. IT happens, it's sad and it really sucks :( But sometimes things die. It wasn't mauled like a dog attacked it. We have enough chickens that the loss of 1 won't be the end of the world and we have so many we can't even name them all anymore. And, apparently, it was a rooster? LOL I don't know. I'm sorry she's sad, but... I don't feel awful over it? If it was my chicken star, maybe? LOL Or one of my other chickens that I am more attached too.

Edit : She did say that the neighbors dog was over at our house yesterday, a chihuahua??? so it's possible that he might have broke it's neck and we didn't find it until this morning.

Sorry your daughter is upset about the loss of the chicken, yes it does happen, doesn't mean it can't make one sad.

Removing more shingles, and then we can get the whole thing into a pile and burn it... Then a ton of raking and nail pick up and we can put them boards in my yard to good use.

Very nice!

I personally prefer the cold weather.

How cold?

Hi Everybody! Hope all is well. Hope Dax is enjoying her trip, sorry to hear about Heather's dad's leg, anytime any of you germophobes want to test me out please pm me for my address and send yummy baked goods, making me miss work with all the needles talk-I was really good with them, Kaj yay on baby, Ralphie-I need Yoki therapy, banty-I miss Messy, Whites and Penn hope both of you are feeling ok and taking it easy, Mike love your dogs and glad MC is glassless in her foot.

Comp is still making life miserable for me trying to get treatment. I am no longer driving because of my hands and meds and they wont pay for transportation to OT. Bill is doing his best to get me to all the Dr apts and I do exercises at home to maintain what I have. Bone scan looked pretty good so happy about that. 2 failed nerve blocks so now looking at a spinal cord stimulator for pain.

Chickens are good. Sausage-my champion died :hit Show coming up so hope I can make a few. Bill, 4h kids and my breeders are helping me. I swear I would go nuts (well more nuts) if it weren't for my birds :love Been trying to behave myself and trying to stay upbeat and optimistic... But I did get kicked off a RSD support group because apparently it's just a place for everybody to cry about how much pain they are in and complain about Dr's being more cautious about narcotics! I guess they did not appreciate my wit and sense of humor regarding my introduction  Changing my profile pic to my new identity ;):p:lau

Will try to check in more often. just typing in near impossible with my hands :th

Miss you all :hugs
Mel

Hi Mel! :hugs

Sorry about the rooster. I'm glad the chickens are able to bring you some joy. They say laughter is the best medicine. I'm glad you have kept your sense of humor. (Humour for the Canadians)
